  • Support with your pharmacy needs

Medicare Shared Savings Program​

Integra’s Medicare Accountable Care Organization provides enhanced care coordination, illness prevention, and wellness supports to certain Medicare beneficiaries. If your primary care provider is part of Integra, and you have original Medicare coverage, then you belong to Integra.

Medicaid Accountable Entity

Integra’s Medicaid Accountable Entity program supports our members with whatever they need to be healthy. If your primary care provider is part of Integra, and you have Medicaid insurance through Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island or United Healthcare Community Plans, then you belong to Integra.
