We have experience in negotiating full risk contracts and have demonstrated success in Medicaid and other performance contracts.

  • Acute care at home for patients —24/7 support for complex care members – all integrated with the PCP and acting as an extension of the PCP not as a vendor

One Electronic Health Record

Care New England has committed to one electronic health record (Epic) across all sites of care.

  • Epic provided to physicians at a discounted rate for install
  • Integra works with physician practices who use different EHRs
  • Integra can provide Epic through Community Connect
CNEMG Facilities

Integra members are part of Care New England’s commitment to investing in primary care access and to designing consolidated multi-specialty ambulatory facilities.

Physician Support
Integra invests in resources and programs to better support physicians and clinical care teams.
  • Active scribe pilot with virtual and AI scribes – offered as part of Care New England Medical Group
  • Contract with Health Helpers to provide quality gap closure support and assist with patient navigation
